I cannot say enough about this dealership. When I read the reviews about no pressure I was skeptical. However from the moment we stepped inside we were welcomed and felt comfortable. You know that anxiety you get because you anticipate it not here! Franco made it so simple and stress free. Their system of only dealing with one person was amazing. Although the issue was not able to be resolved at the dealership, as it was determined to be an issue with Mazda needing to develop a software update for latest iPhone 17 update, their professionalism and knowledge of the Madza features is to be recognized and appreciated!

Connor was great to work with. We visited four other dealerships in the area before coming here, and after giving Connor an idea of what we were looking for, he and Ron told us about a Mazda3 that had just been traded in. The car needed to be inspected and have some work completed to bring it up to Mazda specification. Connor did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process and letting us know when the car would be ready. We really appreciated the communication and transparency. It was also great to work with a dealership that didn’t try to push us into something more than what we were looking for. That customer-focused approach was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend working with Connor and the team! Any cars that I need in the future, I will be coming back to Biggers.

The next morning the engine light came on, so I contacted dealer when they opened and explained what happened and right away they said they will make it right. Brought it back and was given a loaner. 2 days later had my car back and no issues with it.

Our experience with Biggers Mazda, and Miles specifically, was exceptional. Through a series of different events and circumstances, we ended up looking at purchasing 2 cars - both of which we bought from Miles and Biggers Mazda! Miles was very laid back, but also made sure we had all of the information we needed on both cars, the financing of the cars, and the fact that we can always come back or contact him with any questions or issues. We’ve never owned Mazdas before - and now we have 3 in our family! No regrets at all and I’m know we’ll be back again when it’s time!!

From the moment I first reached out to the day I drove off the lot, the entire process was seamless, transparent, and actually enjoyable. Before I even set foot in the dealership, Alyssa was extremely helpful and communicative. She answered all of my questions perfectly, making sure I had all the information I needed before making the trip out. Once I arrived, the outstanding service continued. My product specialist, Miles, was incredibly easy to deal with, and Marco and Peter were also extremely helpful in the process and made us feel great about the whole experience. A special shoutout to Marco, the GM, who went out of his way to say hello, check in on us, and personally help guide us through everything. It’s clear that great customer care starts at the top. On top of the fantastic team, the dealership itself is top-tier. The showroom and facilities were absolutely spotless. As for the vehicle?
