I recently brought my vehicle into the service department at Biggers Mazda and had an excellent experience. The service was incredibly quick, and their communication throughout the entire process was top-notch. I really appreciated their use of text messages for status updates—it made it so easy to know exactly what was going on with my car without having to play phone tag. A huge shoutout to Logan, who was great to work with and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend the service team here! I will definitely be back.

Buying a vehicle is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and I walked into this dealership feeling excited, optimistic, and trusting. I expected to leave with peace of mind knowing I had made a good investment. Instead, what followed became one of the most stressful and emotionally exhausting customer experiences I’ve ever had. Only a few weeks after purchasing my vehicle, it was declared a total loss. From that point on, what I thought would be a straightforward insurance process turned into months of uncertainty, confusion, and frustration. Instead of being able to focus on replacing my vehicle and moving forward, I found myself spending countless hours making phone calls, sending emails, and trying to understand information from multiple parties. It often felt like I was the one responsible for connecting the dots. One of the issues that caused me the greatest concern involved my GAP coverage and extended warranty. I paid for those products separately using my credit card because I wanted to keep those costs out of my loan. Later, I questioned how those payments were reflected in my transaction because the paperwork and loan figures did not match my understanding. As a customer, I expected complete transparency and clear explanations regarding how every payment was applied. The most difficult part of this experience wasn’t just the paperwork—it was the emotional toll. There were many days filled with uncertainty, wondering when I would finally receive answers and whether everything would be handled correctly. Making repeated phone calls, explaining the same situation over and over, and feeling like I still didn’t have a clear understanding of what was happening was incredibly draining. Looking back, I wish I had slowed down and reviewed every document line by line before signing anything. I also wish I had asked more questions about every payment, every fee, and how each dollar would appear in the final transaction. That advice comes from my own experience, and I hope it helps someone else avoid the same frustration. I’m sharing this review because I believe honest customer experiences matter. Every buyer deserves clear communication, accurate documentation, transparency throughout the sales process, and support when unexpected problems arise. My hope is that the dealership takes feedback like this seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve the experience for future customers.

Overall I had a great experience at Biggers Mazda. Marco greeted my family and I when we first walked in the door and even interacted with my kids making us all feel welcome and valued. Marco introduced us to Franco who is the greatest car salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable about every car on the lot, he's honest, not pushy, and easy to talk to. I told Franco what I wanted, we test drove it, and I walked out with the car the next day - no xx fees and price as advertised on the website. The only negative experience was speaking to the "not finance" sales managers Ali and Peter. Their pushiness on the tech warranty wasn't appreciated and almost made me walk out the door. Outside of that it was a great experience and I will likely look at Biggers Mazda in the future when shopping for the next car.

My first service on my 2026 CX90 was a great experience. The ease of using the Mazda app and scheduling the appointment was great. I was greeted when I walked in and explained next steps. I appreciated that. The video sent to explain over view was so great!! I love my car and thank you Mazda for making maintenance smooth.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Biggers Mazda in Elgin. From the moment I first reached out to the day I drove off the lot, the entire process was seamless, transparent, and actually enjoyable. Before I even set foot in the dealership, Alyssa was extremely helpful and communicative. She answered all of my questions perfectly, making sure I had all the information I needed before making the trip out. Once I arrived, the outstanding service continued. My product specialist, Miles, was incredibly easy to deal with, and Marco and Peter were also extremely helpful in the process and made us feel great about the whole experience. A special shoutout to Marco, the GM, who went out of his way to say hello, check in on us, and personally help guide us through everything. It’s clear that great customer care starts at the top. On top of the fantastic team, the dealership itself is top-tier. The showroom and facilities were absolutely spotless. As for the vehicle? It was delivered in near-mint condition, looking absolutely beautiful.
