I really loved our sales person. But I came back a couple of times checking out different aspects of the car. I told my sales person I did not want him sending the sales manager in. I did not wanna deal with them. I didn't like him and I just wanted to deal with the sales person. After having a very bad experience with Napleton Mazda Schaumburg, I decided to call Biggers in Elgin for a 2026 Cx-50 and just by talking on the phone realized that this is a great dealership to work with. Was there on September 28th supporting a friend who purchased a new Mazda from Biggers. Jack was her sales specialist and we were both impressed with his knowledge, patience, professionalism, and knowledge of the car, (CX-50). She is very pleased with her choice and the service received from everyone we encountered. Although I was not there to purchase a car, I'd recommend Jack and Biggers to anyone considering purchasing a Mazda.

Mateo was fine. The biggest problems I had were once I arrived, they showed a video saying I'd be in & out in an hour. I was there for THREE hours from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new car. It was at least 2 hours from the time I'd done my test drives & decided on which car until the time I left. Asides from my vehicle experiencing 3 major issues the last 3 years (MHEV battery, fuel pump and radiator all had to replaced) the dealership has been very responsive at repairing the issues that I've had on this vehicle. Just last week my vehicle had a radiator leak and since my car was no longer under factory warranty, I would have to burden the cost of the repair entirely. However, the service technician went out of his way to reach out to Mazda and as a goodwill gesture covered all, but $100 for the repair which would gave cost me over $2000. I was ... Service team was amazing. I was able to drop my car off early and it was ready within an hour. I was kept up to date every step of the way. I love seeing the report and getting the video walk around to actually see what they are doing with my car. The video needs closed captioning to be able to see what is being said, because the talking was fast. Would prefer a written checklist instead of a video so can easily see what needs to be addressed and what is okay. Video should not be the default as it is frustrating to just see a video of the car with fast talking and no idea what is a problem or not. This was my first time at the dealership and I had an amazing experience! I had tons of help from Connor and Ron, who helped me find my dream car! I really appreciated everyone help in the store and the friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend having Connor help you find your car!
My experience with my service was pleasant and efficient. My service tech was polite and helpful and my service was completed in a normal timeframe. I did find $45 to patch a small leak in my tire to be excessively expensive, considering most tire shops repair them for free or about half the cost the dealer charged me. Had it been less expensive or free I would have rated my service appointment 5 stars instead of 4.

Adonis was willing to modify his working hours as needed to ensure we were taken care of when we had our finances ready.
