Logan, Connor, and Jack were all very helpful (and patient) in assisting in troubleshooting an issue with the Carplay in my new 2025 Mazda CX-5. Although the issue was not able to be resolved at the dealership, as it was determined to be an issue with Mazda needing to develop a software update for latest iPhone 17 update, their professionalism and knowledge of the Madza features is to be recognized and appreciated!

I cannot say enough about this dealership. When I read the reviews about no pressure I was skeptical. However from the moment we stepped inside we were welcomed and felt comfortable. You know that anxiety you get because you anticipate it not here! Franco made it so simple and stress free. Their system of only dealing with one person was amazing. A nice first experience. I had been having service done by a different dealer close to my work. I left the work and that dealer became inconvienient. Biggers now was closer.

I just purchased a 2026 CX-5 and worked with their salesman Jack who was so fantastic to work with! I walked in not knowing which model I would like and he quickly showed me the different cars on the floor and by assessing my budget, pinpointed the CX-5 Preferred for me. Test drove vehicle and salesman was very friendly and no pressure. Used my own financing and the dealer had no problem with it. The next morning the engine light came on, so I contacted dealer when they opened and explained what happened and right away they said they will make it right. Brought it back and was given a loaner. 2 days later had my car back and no issues with it.
In general it was good. Get straight to the point. I also like how spacious the waiting area is; it has many amenities.
Mateo was amazing to work with. They were really helpful with my car search and finally found the car that I was dreaming of. I would recommend anyone to go to Biggers Mazda. Good customer service all around!

Connor was great to work with. We visited four other dealerships in the area before coming here, and after giving Connor an idea of what we were looking for, he and Ron told us about a Mazda3 that had just been traded in.

After being screwed over by Napleton Mazda in Schaumburg I called Biggers Mazda and spoke to Franco on Saturday August 8th. I explained the situation and what I was looking for. This was our first visit and they were very accommodating and explained all the repairs they recommended. I like how they marked some things urgent and some things could wait. I just bought a 2026 Mazda CX-5 yesterday! As buying your first car as a teenager can be a bit confusing, Miles was EXTREMELY helpful, he explained everything and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end, overall everyone was incredibly helpful and i’m so happy with my new car!
The video presentation was difficult to follow. so it was of little value. It would also be nice if vehicle cleanup would include the internal areas of the vehicle.

Worked with Darian on possibly buying a car. Asked him a specific question about the car that you can't tell from the pictures online. He went out to the car, checked, and sent me pictures that afternoon. Quick to respond, honest, and polite even when the answer was no. Ask for him when you're shopping around!

Car maintenanced, but mirror cover came off in car wash on driver’s side. The mirror cover’s paint is damaged. This should be replaced or repaired. No offer to correct. I was just notified.
