Tina was very pleasant! Service was performed well, however, I wish the cost was less.
Prompt service when I arrived. Alexander was very personable and engaging. I had an estimated time of 90 minutes and my car was finished in 50 minutes.
He found the solution to my issue and took care of it once for all.

I had a 7am appt and walk in the doors at 656 and was given attitude and told they do not open at 7. If you do not want customers arriving right when you open I would suggest not allowing appts the same time

My first service on my 2026 CX90 was a great experience. The ease of using the Mazda app and scheduling the appointment was great. I was greeted when I walked in and explained next steps. The price advertised is really the price no haggling. They stayed open a couple hours past closing time to work on our sale and did so with the nicest most helpful attitude. Everyone from the sales person to the finance manager to the cashier and even the guy that cleaned up the car!

Very quick and painless drop off for my oil change. Had a minor sensor issue which I asked to get checked out. I received the video from the technician explaining to me in good detail of what might have caused the sensor error to come up and confirmed no actual issues with it or anything else on the car. Quick and easy pick up as well. Great service as always.
