We visited four other dealerships in the area before coming here, and after giving Connor an idea of what we were looking for, he and Ron told us about a Mazda3 that had just been traded in. The car needed to be inspected and have some work completed to bring it up to Mazda specification. Connor did a great job keeping us informed throughout the process and letting us know when the car would be ready. We really appreciated the communication and transparency. The next morning the engine light came on, so I contacted dealer when they opened and explained what happened and right away they said they will make it right. Brought it back and was given a loaner. 2 days later had my car back and no issues with it.

Mateo was fine. The biggest problems I had were once I arrived, they showed a video saying I'd be in & out in an hour. I was there for THREE hours from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new car. It was at least 2 hours from the time I'd done my test drives & decided on which car until the time I left. Granted, it was busy but that's not my problem & not what you're advertising. I also didn't care for when I was finally given my keys, the car had enough gas to go 50 miles. I asked the manager for a full tank. The manager said it was supposed to be half full since it was used but agreed to give me a full tank. I just think it's bad business overall to not give people a full tank of gas with their purchase, much less mention it's only supposed to be half full.
