They took all the stress out of an awkward, out of state purchase. They had the exact car we wanted, the Mazda 3 hatchback, in black, with red leather interior, and a manual transmission, but it was out of state for us. Everything was exactly as discussed on the phone, with zero last minute surprises, down to the penny. Franco is a top-notch professional who really cares. Mateo was fine. The biggest problems I had were once I arrived, they showed a video saying I'd be in & out in an hour. I was there for THREE hours from the time I arrived to the time I left in my new car. It was at least 2 hours from the time I'd done my test drives & decided on which car until the time I left. Granted, it was busy but that's not my problem & not what you're advertising. I also didn't care for when I was finally given my keys, the car had enough gas to go 50 miles. I asked the manager for a full tank. The manager said it was supposed to be half full since it was used but agreed to give me a full tank. I just think it's bad business overall to not give people a full tank of gas with their purchase, much less mention it's only supposed to be half full.

Although the issue was not able to be resolved at the dealership, as it was determined to be an issue with Mazda needing to develop a software update for latest iPhone 17 update, their professionalism and knowledge of the Madza features is to be recognized and appreciated!
