Communication could be improved. We waited an extra day not hearing from the service guy because it was his day off and no one else called us. Also the car was parked outside with the keys left in it. Seems like a theft risk.

Very quick and painless drop off for my oil change. Had a minor sensor issue which I asked to get checked out. I received the video from the technician explaining to me in good detail of what might have caused the sensor error to come up and confirmed no actual issues with it or anything else on the car. Quick and easy pick up as well. Great service as always.

Service is professional and courteous. Received diagnostic video an hour after arrival. Work was done 30 or so minutes after that. Then I had to return to dealership because something had triggered the air pressure warning light.

Just wanted to update a miscommunication and say that Rich Alenhoff responded to a concern I had within minutes of posting a review to resolve the concern and assured me that he would address the minor policy glitch going forward. Rich was super professional and I will add him to the list of reasons why I cannot say enough good about this dealer. This is the best dealer experience I have ever had.

We liked how they thoroughly looked over the car. The recommendations were a bit too early based on mileage.
Service was timely, Logan did a thorough job of checking to make sure my CX-9 was in operable condition and suggested a new engine air filter and coolant flush on top of the oil change that was originally scheduled. Went forward with the coolant flush. No problems. Service is good at contacting you with progress reports and getting you out of there at a reasonable time, not waiting till near closing after your car has been done for hours unlike some dealerships.

Elgin Biggers Mazda Car Dealer is the best because they have lots of choices from used to new cars. But most of all the salesman Miles Anderson is so good. Very professional, patient, accommodating and allows us to make our decisions privately. He was not hurrying us, he searched well what we needed. Viewed a 2026 Cx-5 online and went into Biggers Mazda with no appointment, just wanted to stop by and take a look at the car. Once we arrived, Dre greeted us and took very good care of my family and I. We were satisfied with the whole process, we ended up with a new car. I’m glad we went to Biggers Mazda, it was very smooth process! No pressure from them at all. VERY happy with our purchase.

I've had two imstances of major work done that has been covered by the vehicle warranty which I am very pleased about.
Good over all service. Not so good on the service prices. To expensive to want to get additional repairs.
