Best dealer to deal with!

Mazda Dealership has the friendliest sales staff. They are not pushy and are genuinely interested in helping you make the best purchase possible. They understand that they are in competition with other dealers for your business but they also realize that the buyer is the one who drives away with the car. They want to make sure that you not only enjoy the car, but that it’s the rifgt fit for you and your family. When it’s time to buy another car, I will certainly look to buying from this dealer again.

Bigger's Mazda scores another Home Run for me

I stopped by Bigger's Mazda to look at the new 2017 CX-5s that had just arrived. I was 2 years into a 3 year lease of my current CX-5, so I wasn't expecting to be able to do any type of deal, but just in case (wishful thinking maybe), I brought both of my keys fobs with me. Well, to make a long story short - I drove off the lot that day with my new 2017 CX-5 with the biggest smile on my face. This is the third car I have purchased/leased with these folks, and I swear it gets better every time - and the first time was already great! I used to deal with Marco, but this time I was met on the lot by Franco. He was very polite, listened to my questions and then sat down with me to discuss my options. He made everything work out for me, going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. And once again, I have to mention Ron Liszka, who recognized me and came out to chat and was super professional as always. He was able to make the deal happen by rewarding me for being a repeat buyer and easing the price down that last little bit (not so little actually) to make the deal happen. Lastly, I would also like to mention the Finance guy John, who was filling in that day but was a pleasure to deal with as well. As I said in my other reviews - if you are looking for a Mazda, you HAVE to check these folks out. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't. Total professionalism, no pressure, no "BS", just trying their best to make all parties happy. And although this was a Sales transaction, their Service Department is top notch as well. I am a customer for life of this dealership. I am hopefully retiring soon and moving out of the state. You can bet your last dollar however, that when it's car buying time, I will be right back at Bigger's Mazda - these folks are that good. Thank you to everyone at Bigger's Mazda!!!

My experience at Biggers Mazda

From the initial visit to Biggers to purchase my first Mazda vehicle 3 years ago to my recent upgrade my experience has been nothing but pleasant! Service has been perfect as well and always in and out with routine maintenance appintmrnts with no lengthy wait times. I would definately reccomend this dealer to my friends and family. I also noted that on each vehicle purchase they were very competitive on their price as I was comparing with several others.

Highly Recommend --- No B.S.

I purchased a 2014 Madza 3 i Grand Touring in June 2014 from Biggers Mazda. I had been to a few other places and being a young woman purchasing her first new car, I had a lot of trouble everywhere I went....except Biggers Madza in Elgin. I walked in, told Franco exactly what I wanted and told him if he didn't have it, not to bring me anything else to test drive because I'm not interested in wasting even MORE of my time today having just been at Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda for 3 hours negotiating prices on the wrong vehicle. But this isn't their review. At Biggers Mazda, Franco listened and respected my request. He talked me through some different options of the car I was looking for and I was done within the time frame I gave him when I walked in the door. I walked out of a few dealerships that day and Biggers was the first one to present me with a relatively fair price with the first offer. That spoke volumes to me. Everyone was friendly and genuine without acting like they worship the ground I walk on. The manager (Ron, I believe) was very straight forward with me and didn't do the whole, "oh you're in luck, we have this special coupon you can have if you sign today" B.S.. The person who took me through finances and my warranty (Chuck) was very genuine and listened to my needs and was able to accommodate them with the special insurance package by making some adjustments. My one area for improvement which is more about the car itself, than the dealership, is that within a week of having the car the monitor screen wouldn't wouldn't always turn on when I started my car. I told them this was happening and that I expected it to be looked at since it only had 20 miles on it by this time, and since the camera worked when I brought it in a week later, they said to bring it back if it does it again. It still malfunctions but usually fixes itself within 30 minutes of driving so I've never made it to the dealership with it still broken, but it really makes the rear view camera pointless if it won't work when I turn my car on to back out of my parking spots. I am disappointed that this is the case and that they weren't going to look at it to see if they could find the problem. Now it has been 3 months, and I received an email from my car dealer, Franco reminding me of my first free oil change appointment. I appreciate that it wasn't an automated email from the company. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I feel confident that when I go to purchase another vehicle in the future, I will definitely be going back to Biggers Mazda in the future.

Responsive and professional sales staff

In spite of all my research while shopping for my first new vehicle, when I thought about negotiating (especially for the price I was shooting for) I was terrified. But Franco defied all car salesman stereotypes. He didn't rush me, was very calm and ended up getting me a price I never expected I would actually walk away with. Biggers took my trade in for a fair value to boot. I was more than satisfied with my experience and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to get a fair price.

Helpful, no pressure, friendly, informative! Very good experience. Franco took a great amount of time working with us to find a car to our specs. In the end we purchased one with everything we wanted off the lot. I believe we got a great trade-in value! franco also took time to show me everything about the car, I was driving a car with no extras and purchased one the nav., Bluetooth, Sirius radio.....so much technology I wasn't use to. Beautiful vehicle that I'm going to have fun driving and have confidence it will be very reliable for years to come! I gave the ratings I did because I was very pleased with the experience.

Franco followed up my internet request for quote of best price in less than 24 hours. He was very precise in telling that he had the car and color that I was looking for in stock and gave me his best price for the car and specific options that I wanted. I followed up with telling him that I'd like to come in at a specified time with my wife to close the deal. When we arrived he had the car ready for us to see and have my wife test drive. Franco was very thorough and knowledgable in the features of the car as he explained in a manner that my wife understood as well as things that only I understood as being a person more versed in the technology of the car. Franco was very attentive, listened well to what we were saying, and responded with full focus on educating us in the vehicle that we were about to buy. He was there waiting after we got out of the finance office to make sure we understood all the function of the vehicle that we now purchased. We left the dealership around 10 PM, an hour after his closing time. I'm an engineer and very technically oriented. Franco thoroughly impressed me as well as my wife who doesn't hardly know anything technically. All we can say is that we would recommend Franco to everyone looking for a great experience in looking at or buying a Mazda vehicle.

After having my car totaled in an accident, I went to Biggers Mazda not knowing exactly what I wanted. The salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being overbearing or pushy. He was understanding and respectful of my time and my situation. He went out of his way to try to find me the vehicle that I wanted and ultimately sold me one that I'm VERY excited about and happy with. The manager was also very personable and respectful and never felt us feel pressured or insignificant. My experience at Biggers Mazda helped make my first car purchase easy and relaxing. After test driving the Mazda 3-5 door, I knew that it was going to be the car that I was going to purchase. Franco was very helpful in making sure that my experience was both informative and stress-free. He was very knowledgeable about the cars on their lot and helped me in making my choice of car. He was very friendly and made my first car-buying experience great! He made sure to sit down in the car with me and show me all of the features and how to use them. I spent months researching new cars and test drove several brands when I finally came to Biggers. Franco put me at ease immediately and set up a test drive for a Mazda CX5. Buying this new vehicle was actually a pleasurable experience. There was no pressure to spend additional monies, the sales and finacial persons were very polite, and patient. I was very impressed with this dealership. I worked with Franco who was knowledgeable, courteous, cordial and did not push to make a quick/harsh decision. Test drove a couple of models and finally purchased 2011 CX9. At the time of delievery, he thoroughly went over all the gadgets and made sure we were comfortable. Follow up phone calls after delevery was a very nice gesture too. The Sales manager and Finanace manager did not push to purchase extended warranty. As a matter of fact, he offered to offer the same price should I change my mind in a month. Overall, an excellent experience. I would strongly recommend calling Franco at Biggers and enjoy the experience of car buying.

I feel that I was treated very well at Biggers Mazda. They gave me the best price upfront and were honest with all the charges associated with the car. From Salesman to Manager they were very informative and honest. I do not like the whole "let me talk with my manager" games. Biggers was upfront, the manager came over and we all discussed the price of the car and trade. It took less than 30 minutes to come up with a fair deal for everyone.

My husband and I purchased both a used truck and a new Mazda 5 in the same day. If Franco were not such an awesome salesman, it probably would not have worked out. He made the process very painless. He is an asset to the company. We have dealt with Biggers on and off for over 25 years, so we were already familiar with their good reputation. Chuck was super handling the financial aspects of the deal. He got us the best rate and was extremely personable. My buying experience at Biggers Mazda of Elgin Il. was very good and my Mazda CX9 is the best vechile I have ever owned. If the repair frequency is low than I will be very happy. This is the first foreign manfactured vechile I have ever purchased. I drove almost every vechile in the CX9 class. I found the greatest quality in the Mazda. Everyone at the dealer was very friendly and informative from the time I walked in to the time I left. I had first gone to a Mazda dealer in Naperville to view a used Cx-7 and was given minimal attention, was spoken to very rudely, and was not given information on different payment options or deals. On my way home from that unpleasant experience, I stopped by the Biggers Mazda dealer which is where I bought my last car. Franco was very nice and came outside immediately to answer any questions. We went on a test drive and he described many of the deals and incentives going on at the time. Over the next few days, I spoke with Jonathan when Franco was not available. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about each different CX-7 model and the different inclusions that came with each one and the price differences. Before I left with the new vehicle, he Jonathan thoroughly explained everything inside and outside of the car to both my fiancé and me. He helped me choose the CX-7 model that was right for me. Overall, everyone went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable during my new purchase and definitely made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.

Franco went above and beyond with finding the car I wanted, when I needed it. After being having my previous car totaled in an accident, I needed a new car fast and knew what I was looking for. After making arrangements to have a car driven in from Indianapolis, Franco went on his DAY OFF to go get my car so I would have it in time before my rental car coverage ran out. I couldn't believe the quality of service from that act alone. Both my brother and Dad recommended Biggers Mazda to me, and its very apparent why: their customer services goes above and beyond.

First time buyer

It was my first time going to buy a car and I originally wanted a Jeep, but being a student, it just wasn't in the budget. So I decided to lease instead. I looked online and I looked at Chevy, Honda, Hyundai, Dodge and Ford and Biggers Mazda had the BEST deal. I went in on a Tues, was greeted by David, who was very kind and helpful. He very knowledgeable about all of the cars on the lot and explained all of the differences to me in each model and what each model had as far as specs and additions. He answered all of my questions and didn't miss a beat. Listened to what I was looking for and offered what he thought would be the best option for my needs. We sat down and talked numbers, and there was no pressure to buy on the spot, but as it was my first time leasing, I decided that it would be smart to sleep on it and come back with the decision. I came back on Thursday, ready and confident that Biggers Mazda was it. Everyone there was friendly, from the guys in finance and down to the porters. I walked out of there with the CX-5, feeling excited and confident in the deal I had made. If you're a first time buyer like myself, or you're experienced, then I highly highly recommend that you go in and have a chat with David, or one of the other auto salesmen. You'll get a good deal, and they know their stuff. Very honest and genuine people, and hassle free. And the service is spot on!

Best Purchase Experience of my Life

That may sound like an outrageous claim, but I'm 55 and have bought many cars over the years - so read on. After talking with David and agreeing on a price, I flew to Chicago from Tennessee to pick up the car. Not only did he pick me up at O'Hare and drive me to the dealer, he had everything ready to go so we could complete the deal and get me out of the door and back on the road home. The last car I purchased was a 2013 Lincoln MKZ. It took 6 months to get a car that I was told would take 4 weeks. I’ve been looking to get a new car but didn’t really...

I’ve been looking to get a new car but didn’t really pursue it in earnest until after Thanksgiving (2013) this year. Pretty much set on a hatch/wagon, so I test drove the usual suspects (VW Golf/GTI, Ford Focus, Subie Impreza). The all-new 2014 Mazda3 got my attention so I stopped at Biggers Mazda 12/26 for a test drive. David Domanski was the salesman on the floor who assisted. Didn’t take long to make up my mind, so I followed up with David the next day to get their price on the car. Price he gave was lower than comparables. Went back 12/28, sat down with David (and Glenn, Biggers finance guy) to flesh out trade-in and financing. Got it close enough to pull the trigger, and I was out after a couple of hours with a brand new car! David was easy to work with, pretty straightforward, and no high-pressure sales tactics. Anybody looking to get a Mazda, I highly recommend Biggers at Elgin (and salesman David Domanski).

I was at the dealership to get normal service on my Mazda Protege, which had 177,000 miles on it. While waiting, I walked into the showroom and started talking with Rocco who introduced me to David Domanski. While I was not interested in buying a new car (mine drove great), David still took the time to show me what the new Mazda 3 had to offer. He was a great help to me because he wanted to understand my driving needs and showed me a car that fit those needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained how the features worked. With the excellent help of Rocco in Finance, I never experienced a smoother, easier process of buying a new car. When David and Rocco showed me the financial incentives from Mazda that were expiring that day, I said YES and saved $3,000.00 on my new Mazda 3. Of all the Mazda dealers I have dealt with for both service and buying, I have never met a higher caliber dealership...and that is saying quite a bit since it was my fourth Mazda and over 500,000 miles of driving them.

I visited this location based on the stellar reviews, and I must say, they did not disappoint. I showed up to do a test drive of the 2014 Mazda CX-5 as well as Mazda 6. David helped answer any questions and provided a lot of helpful information. I needed time to think it over, so I took the night. David was very helpful and there was absolutely no pressure. The next day I had decided on the Mazda 6, so I called them up to get the out-the-door price of the one I wanted. Bill provided me a great out-the-door price, so I came in to get my trade-in appraisal and see if we could work out a deal. I came in expecting this to be a long process including a lot of negotiations and dealing, just from the typical known process that's involved with buying a car in general. I am still in shock with just how fair, honest, and easy they made the whole process. I met with Brian and Bill, where they did an appraisal, and gave me the exact offer I was looking for, like they were reading my mind. We went over the numbers one more time and we had a deal. All in all, we will definitely be recommending them to anyone who's looking for a great new Mazda.

My first experience with Biggers Mazda occurred today when looking to purchase a car for my son. David, our sales consultant, was friendly and really new the details of the Mazda 3. We had a great test drive and learned all about the features/functions; the car sold itself. When we decided on the vehicle we liked, our pricing discussion with Ron the GM was painless with no games. The dealership went out of their way to move fast in preparing the car and moving through the paperwork. David did a nice job with the delivery process and vehicle training. This was the "easiest" purchase of a vehicle I've had, and I feel great about the purchase.

This is the fourth car that I purchased from Biggers...

This is the fourth car that I purchased from Biggers Mazda. The dealing is a challenge, but not as bad as others with whom I have delt. I had used my Consumer Reports magazine to help determine the potential trade in value and the cost of ownership of a new vehicle. I was delighted with the ratings on the CX5 and the lower cost of ownership compared to my 5 year old Infinity. And this vehicle consumes regular grade fuel. I hope that their service lives up to my expectations. I di really like Dave, he was like te book of knowledge on my car and one time when he was busy Marco also helped willingly. They do seem to work willingly together.

My experience in purchasing my new vehicle at Biggers Mazda was exceptionally good; from my initial contact with salesman David until I departed with my new vehicle. David was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable of the Mazda product line. I had visited several other dealers prior to Biggers Mazda and had been turned off big time by their sales peoples approaches. Since purchasing my vehicle, I have stopped by the dealership several times with follow-up questions; David answered my questions in the same courteous, friendly manner as the day I purchased the vehicle, he even offered me a car wash. Now, at this time, being a new vehicle; I have not had any experiences with this dealerships Service department but if they operate in the manner the sales team does, I know it too will be a pleasant experience.

Without a doubt, THE best car buying experience I have had in the last 25 years. Knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks David D. and Ron L. for respecting me, my family, and my time. Usually, I walk into a dealership after looking through the car's brochure and know more about the vehicle than the salesman. That was definitely NOT the case here. David took me through every aspect of the vehicle from first-hand knowledge, not just spewing specs. They didn't have the specific car I was looking for on the lot. Ron was able to find one at another dealership and had it on-site in less than 24 hours. They prepped the car with great attention to detail and then made sure that I understood how all of the features worked and answered any questions I had before I drove away.

Price was competitive, but since it's a new model in high demand, price was not terrific; still, it was as good as I expected. We were treated as important new customers by the Service Manager (can't recall his name), and the GM thanked us for our business on the way out -- that's expected, but appreciated. Finance Mgr. was efficient and friendly. Overall, a good experience.

When we arrived we were greeted promptly and felt welcome. David listened attentively and showed us the vehicles he had available on the lot close to what we were looking for. During the test drive he explained features and options, and was very knowledgeable. During our second visit to Biggers, we worked out the financial details with Joe which were straightforward with no game playing. A vehicle was located in the color and options we wanted and made available for delivery within a few days. At the time of delivery David took the time to explain some of features and walked us through pairing the cars Bluetooth to our phone. We were also introduced to the Service Manager and the service intervals were reviewed. A few days after delivery we received a call from David thanking us for choosing Biggers and asked if there were any questions about operation of features. Our experience was positive and based on that would recommend Biggers Mazda to others.
