Everyone at Biggers Mazda were an absolute pleasure to work with. The new program One and Done is the blessing we all ask for every time you need to buy a new car. I strongly suggest you request Franco Ruffolo as your sales person. Franco is very knowledgeable and is a "Gentle Giant" when it comes to sales. Franco listens to you and make suggestions for your needs. Franco works great with George (Biggers Sales Manager) and the two of them make a great team. This is my second car from Biggers and tor the price I wouldn't go any where else! It will not be a mistake if you ask for the Franco and George team! 🙂

I purchased a new 2018 Mazda 6 on November 2nd from this dealership. What great customer service. Sales associate Joe Calderon handled everything from my test drive, to the completion of the transaction. I would highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market to buy a new car. I would also like to personally thank Joe Calderon for his thorough knowledge of this car and the great buying experience.

I haven't car shopped in over 10 years, as I always dread the experience.  Wow, Biggers Mazda changed my whole outlook on buying a car with their One and Done program!  Franco, our salesperson, was the only person we had to work with.  None of the games of going back and forth with a manager, a finance person, etc.  Franco showed us a 1 minute video on how Biggers Mazda gives you one price, no bargaining.  If you want to buy the car, buy it.  If not, feel free to shop for a better price.  They do their research to see what a particular car is going for on the internet.  So, you may save $50 or $100 if another dealer wants to beat the Biggers price, but that's probably all you'll get.  Not worth the hassle, in my opinion.  Thanks Franco at Biggers Mazda for making my car shopping experience a great one!
